About Us

Living the Best Life is a Community Interest Company registered in England, Scotland, and Wales, with an office base in Birmingham. Founded in June 2020, the mission of the organisation is to provide psychosocial support to the disadvantaged and vulnerable members of society, and enable them to find meaning and wellbeing in the communities they find themselves in. To this end, the organisation facilitates various support groups, seminars, trainings, and workshops to reduce negative mental health outcomes among these members of society and help build resilience and wellbeing among them.

Living the Best Life also provides platforms for social and emotional support among migrants to combat isolation and exclusion. A number of our programs are focused on family relationships, because strong family relationships are a key protective factor for migrants’ mental health and emotional wellbeing.

To promote the realisation of personal and family wellness.

Our Mission
