FOUNDERS

Both Justice and Pamela Marwisa have vast experience of working with people. Dr Marwisa holds a doctorate in Transformational Leadership with Bakke Graduate University in the USA and Mrs Marwisa holds a Master of Science Degree in Community Psychology with MSU and a BSc Honours degree in Psychology with WUA.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPER

Talent has a community development background, holding an Bachelor’s in development studies from MSU and an Executive Certificate in project management, monitoring and evaluation from the UZ. Has been involved in other projects and enjoys working with young people, mentoring them and enabling them to reach their full potential in life.

NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Rumbidzai Bvunzawabaya has a Legal and Compliance experience. She is a lawyer, author, philanthropist, and entrepreneur. She is also the founder and CEO of Tulia Group Community Interest Company, which provides legal advice and support to migrants. She has vast experience working with people and offering them with holistic support through Tulia
