Psychosocial Support

We offer psychosocial support through private individual or family consultations, as well as facilitation of support groups. Support groups may be in any of the following areas:

  • We offer support and guidance to help you cope with the loss of a loved one. We can help you understand your grief, process your emotions, and develop healthy coping mechanisms.

  • We offer evidence-based treatment for a variety of addictions, including alcohol, drugs, gambling, and food. We can help you identify the root causes of your addiction, develop a personalized treatment plan, and connect you with support resources.

  • We offer a variety of services to help you manage anxiety, including individual therapy, group therapy, and medication management. We can help you identify the triggers for your anxiety, develop coping skills, and reduce your symptoms.

  • We offer a variety of services to help you treat depression, including individual therapy, group therapy, and medication management. We can help you identify the root causes of your depression, develop coping skills, and improve your mood.

  • We offer support and resources to victims of intimate partner violence. We can help you develop a safety plan, connect you with legal assistance, and find housing and other resources.

  • We offer support and resources to single parents. We can help you with parenting skills, time management, and stress management. We can also connect you with other single parents for support and community.

  • We offer social groups and activities for families who are away from their home countries. These groups can provide support, friendship, and a sense of community.
